2. Jail will either help or make things worse.
3. Dead from drugs or a slim chance after jail, the choice should be clear.

Edited by Jincos: 9/26/2015 5:39:18 PMPress charges, let him confess he has a drug problem. Courts are willing to work with people who aren't repeat offenders and have drug addictions. Often times you can plea guilty and be admitted to drug rehabilitation.
