I'll join the chorus. Had this issue last night and heard various excuses (XBox Live problems) and solutions (reinstall license, uninstall/reinstall Suros Pack). So I figured it would be sorted out this morning but no, emblem and shader disabled with red banner "preorder exclusive". So I check Xbox Live status - all OK. So I uninstall Suros so I can "reinstall license" and now it's gone. So I uninstalled Destiny with some reservations and was able to reinstall it but Suros Pack is still gone. WTF Bungie...? Guess I'll head over to customer support...
