You can call microsoft and request a refund if you wish. You may request a refund once per account per year.

I talked to microsoft, yes they are saying the same as everyone, and they will refund my money. delete the game and then my son will not be able to play. I down loaded the game on his account. that would cause issues with my son and I. I am a good father. I did tell him that I will not. buy anything else until the problem is corrected.....................................THIS COULD BE THE FUTURE; IF WE SIT AND TAKE IT.
