I have a feeling there's something in VoG related to a new exotic, perhaps the Sleeper Simulant. That way they would keep it relevant in TTK.
Just a theory tho. (Tried dismantling Praetorian Foil for scientific purpose, nothing there)

The foil isn't a Warmind weapon, besides the Simulant isn even in the game till at the earliest of next month around the 15th I assume

Yeah I know, but I was thinking of pocket Infintiy. PI was created by vex technology, which was not created by us guardians. It was either created by the vex, or by Rasputin (hence his mark). It's most likely in the game, but probably locked away by something as of now. Maybe gunsmith rank 5 or a special daily/weekly heroic is needed.

Well like I said, isn't in the game yet, bungie is adding more and more exotics as time goes by, it'll probably be a Armsday exotic like Black Spindle was
