Looking into caterpillar errors.

Dear Bungie I was getting a lot of those caterpillar errors lately. Contacted my ISP, but they requested server address to look into it and try optimize my connection (so they can trace the issue/monitor it), which I don't have. Could you provide required information? I'm on PS4 in Russia (NW region), 100mbps ethernet cable. Thanks
