Ever looked at the French flag and asked "what does it stand for?" well now let me give you a quick and easy overview of the mighty French flag.
The blue in the flag represents the hope that if they're ever in trouble, another nation will come to their rescue.
The red in the flag is in honour of all the blood spilt to free them from the grip of other nations.
Lastly the white in the flag is for a convenient and easy way to surrender by simply cutting or ripping the blue and red sides off.
I hope you enjoyed this over view of the French flag! Want more? Maybe soon.

If lightning takes the path of least resistance, why don't all thunderstorms go to France?
-
I appreciate the humor, but always remember who Cornwallis directed that O'Hara present the formal surrender to at Yorktown.

it always makes me laugh when people say it means surrender, but I looked up the real meaning of the French flag "Red, white and blue have come to represent liberty, equality and fraternity - the ideals of the French Revolution. Blue and red are also the time-honored colors of Paris, while white is the color of the Royal House of Bourbon"
-
"Red, the blood of angry men"
-
I think you have their flag confused with another country's. The French flag is entirely white.
-
Wait... but the American flag has the same colors!
