Mau'aul's Gauntlets?
Is it possible to get them by repeating the strike? Or does it have to be in a playlist?
I've played the damn strike 30+ times in a row and still nothing.

1 ReplyIronically I seem to always get items for a class I'm not playing at the time. Got mine while on my hunter but the the flayer cloak while on my titan. That's RNG for you lol.

I feel ur pain. I've done multiple lvl 36 and heroic shield brother strikes and got nothing. Did get darkblade helmet from lvl 36 strike tho.

9 RepliesMine dropped today from a 36 level playlist. Had the vanguard buff active and must say I love them... Look very cool . and paired with my saint of helm 14 look awesome. First time iv took my ruin wings off in like two weeks. Now I just need that mutha fecking darkblade helmet.... Arghhhh out of all the strikes in the playlist that one seems to be the one that doesn't land the most. I swear to God if I need to kill those -blam!-ing flayers one more time

You can repeat the strike on its own but the heroic playlist (especially if you don't go to orbit) has a higher chance at legendary drops. Got mine from heroic playlist while playing Hunter

I farmed the regular story strike. Just keep doing it. It will drop eventually.
