It's all over the place. My team last night had three people who were new but we got Golgoroth down in 45 minutes, then wiped for almost two hours at Deathsingers.

You don't know anything about the person anyway. Half the people who say experienced are terrible.

I would agree with that to an extent. I'd personally prefer players who have seen the mechanics than those who haven't, not necessarily people who've completed it. I just don't want to have a wipefest for 4-6 hours because it's hard for my clan to find a good day that works for our best players, forcing me to go to lfg to complete content.
