My point exactly.
You explain crystal clear for about 10 mins on what you need them to do and how the raid works. Can be as simple as standing on the same totum at the daughters unless you're torn, they're running around for the 7th wipe asking "what do I do" while we're waiting for them to built the platforms...it's so irritating.

Yeah that was the better part of last weekend for me, luckily I'm stubborn and kept at it and now have about 10 new people on my friend list that are actually really good. My raid time this week for my last few characters was 2 -2 1/2 hours, it's amazing what a difference competent players make...lol.
