Welcome to the club, Assassin. It's a common refrain this weekend - the Suros pack is MIA and if you follow Bungie's support advice you stand a good chance to see the pack disappear completely. As to the weapons, I hate to break it to ya, but the "Arsenal Pack" is crap - you'll find them at the Quartermaster in the hangar - they're green, 160 damage and they'll cost you 1500 glimmer each. You'll do better 15 minutes into your first mission with the drops there and save some glimmer to boot...I did like the emblem and shader though...
