I agree it's ridiculous for people without experience to demand experience, that's why when I had no experience my post was "looking for 289- who doesn't know what they're doing for Warpriest Checkpoint, message with level, GT Lucius Aelius." Now that I know what I'm doing though I prefer people with experience, because I don't mind walking people through but I also don't want to spend all day wiping over and over just to have people quit and make me find a new group. As more people level up to 295+ then more people become eligible, and as you play the raid with other lower levels you can still beat the earlier bosses and get drops to increase your Light level even if you can't beat Oryx yet, then once your Light level is high enough you should have an easy time finding a group, just watch a video online to get an idea of what to do so that you can say you know what you're doing.
