Guy that got the chest piece isnt saying anything other than he got it from an engram. Pretty suspect to me. Why wouldnt he want to be as specific as possible.

I have no clue buddy. All I can do is relay the information at hand. I don't know why he would lie about it. But whatever he did it is bound to have other people come across it.

Well I mean he is the only one that we know of who has gotten it. I don't blame him for wanting to keep it that way.

Why not help the community. Telling others how do get it will only benifit him in the long run. Assholes that try to keep this information are just delaying the inevitable.
