I talked to microsoft, yes they are saying the same as everyone, and they will refund my money. delete the game and then my son will not be able to play. I down loaded the game on his account. that would cause issues with my son and I. I am a good father. I did tell him that I will not. buy anything else until the problem is corrected.....................................THIS COULD BE THE FUTURE; IF WE SIT AND TAKE IT. BUYING A GAME per GAMER TAG NOT per CONSOLE...................................WELCOME TO THE LAB.........TEST SUBJECTS.....MEN OR MICE.........

  • Yeah, I talked to Sony and they said it's an Activision problem, out of Sony's hands. Activision's Customer "Service" directed me to Bungie's web *forums*, not any kind of actual customer s-e-r-v-i-c-e, dammit. This is the future: One cannot contact IMDb, for instance; one can only go to the forums if there is an issue with the service that IMDb provides...
