I hate seeing "must be light level 295+" than I inspect character and see a light level of 287 its ridiculous

I have been doing daily playlist its just lately the randoms have been lone wolves just trying to run as quickly as possible. And the nightfall I haven't attempted yet. I'm trying out court of oryx tonight wish me luck
