So how does one beat oryx and gain experience. Luckily I have a group of friends I can run with. But for people trying to find a group, this is not very helpful. Some people just need a run down on each section and they are fine.

Look for an lfg where they accept people without experience i just dont want to waste time

Exactly. You don't magically gain the experience. You have to actually run the raid to get it.
