No, Fist of Havoc isn't exactly great when you can be killed instantly with a Shotgun to the face. Because every time I've tried to use it instead of Defender I can never get a Super off. Again, I love Titans in PvE, but in PvP it just can't really compete with any of the other subclasses. Now, Sunbreaker gives us the ability to actually have some Range and not be in Shotgun-instadeath range to kill something with our thrice a game Super Ability.
