EV-30 DLC Bonus, still missing
Hello. I know its a long time since this was a bonus, but since I gave my hopes up for Bungie, I thought patience was the key here. I waited and waited, but it didn't show up at the postmaster. So, as this isn't solved yet, I found out that contacting support might help :). But lets get to the point. I bought the expansion pass for Destiny a while back, same day as my friend did. We were excited for the Dark Below DLC and House of Wolves, and wanted to prepare for this. My friend got the EV-30 the day after we bought the expansion pass, but when I was going to check the postmaster, nothing had arrived. And as I said earlier, I always told myself that it was going to arrive, just wait, give Bungie some time. But nothing appeared. I also did everything the FAQ post said, still nothing. So Bungie, was it a bug that my friend got the EV-30? Or was the EV-30 a special offer for everyone that bought the expansion pass, except me? Sorry for this, im not angry, just a bit frustrated that my friend got it, and I didn't (as I said, we both bought the pass the same day) :( :( :(.

1 ReplyThe Tumbler Sparrow offer expired at 1 am pacific time on January 15th, 2015. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12410 From your game history, it looks like you took a break between October and mid January. In guessing you purchased the expansion pass around the January 15th deadline. Obtaining the sparrow required both purchasing the first expansion, and logging into the game with it, by the deadline. If you and your friend purchased on the same day, and that was January 15th, it's possible that he purchased in time and you did not, or that you purchased the expansion before the deadline but did not log in with it until after the deadline.

Hey Catoiel, The EV-30 Tumbler was a limited time offer for people who bought The Dark Below expansion between November 18th and January 15th. Additionally, you most have played or at least logged into the game. If you did not meet these requirements in that time period, you do not get the sparrow.
