But a Bladedancer can eat a rocket to the face... And live. So by the same logic sunbreakers should be able to take 1-2 rockets.

I've only survived rockets to the face just after/during activation of my blade dance. A second or two after not so lucky. Might be coincidence. Might not be.

Weird I guess you have to hit them head-on because I've lived through rockets as a Bladedancer before. No one expects it so I stab them after the dust settles

Yup it has to be head on. Blast radius damage will not take them out.
