I've always run striker, I always felt awkward as a defender, but after running the ban hammer and enjoying it, I tried bubble for a day and I did fantastic. Now I have to choose between subclasses.....

I've maxed all three out so I can adapt to any situation. My favorite is Defender though. I just love supporting the team.

I did max out defender, I just didn't use it unless it was absolutely necessary

It's my goto subclass. I rarely use Striker anymore. I swap between Defender and Sunbreaker. Once I have an Inmost Light Y2 I'll probably use Striker again.
