Don't know if anyone mentioned this, but in the room with the ultra night the two doors on either side of the room open when you pull up your ghost... Seems like there could be something going on there
Edit:just did some exploring and it turns out other doors open when the ghost is out as well. Including the two doors the yellow psions come out of.

Maybe when there's a daily heroic involving the area? Someone tries to find the knight then proceed?

Not trolling but the same thing happens when you open the doors when your fighting crota. They are just doors enemies come out of

Could happen i guess, but i think something other than pulling your ghost out to get the door to open would have to happen.
