So Dead Orbit wants a backup plan, FWC wants soldiers, and you....... wanna focus on politics? With one person being the supreme authority? There's a word for that. Its called a dictator XD. New monarchy just took dead orbits place in my mind as the dumbest faction in destiny! FWC for life!

We seek to centralize the Government to focus our efforts and push back the Darkness to reclaim what we have lost and reforge our Golden Age. Dead Orbit is not forming a "back up plan." They are forming their only plan. To flee and take Vital resources with them that could be used to save the city. As for the War Cult... Ive explained my opinion on them time and time again. While I think they are misguided, they are still honorable in their path. The are crazy people, but they are noble crazy people.

Dead orbit would be a marvelous back up plan, in case we lose the fight here, they're out in the stars re grouping. And the things FWC has seen with their device is what compels them to muster up our defenses. There are many horrors of the darkness yet to be seen, and whatever FWC is preparing for, its big. So no, foolish would be the last word I would use to describe a preemptive strike on what could be our greatest threat. And when said threat does arrive, your "leader" is welcome to take shelter behind our lines.

They will save themselves and only themselve, and flee into more oncoming Darkness with nowhere to fall back to. They will flee to their doom.

You say that we electrocuted our minds but as I've understood from an old FWC transcript I've found there was a ghost or some other non organic being that used the device.
