Luck, since release i have only gotten 3 blues that rolled 300

Got a 300 blue launcher the other day and have had a few 299 blues as well. Since I got into the 290's, drops useable for more than weapon parts are decrypting at a very low rate.

All three of mine came from T3 court engrams, but I also have friends who got 300 stuff from T1s so it boils down to rng as does everything in destiny lol
