Edited by Executor Hideo: 9/29/2015 3:20:01 AMIt is something you obtain after reaching rank 25, and equipping our Class Item/Shader/emblem. If you do not have it, please confirm that you are rank 28 or above.

I am rank 25 and in the process of completing the New Monarchy quest (have the shader, latest cloak and emblem equipped). I am guessing that after finishing the quest you get the exotic class item?
