As we know the hotfix was released for the three of coins "Three of Coins now provides a smaller increase in Exotic Engram drop chance when rapidly killing Ultras." What is the cooldown on this smaller increase debuff? Does it decrease further after a exotic engram drop? My question comes not from cheesing scourge of winter but from the court of oyrx when doing tier3 with people. Should we be only doing it every 2nd or 3rd Rune to not have the debuff effect us. Cheers
