The sunbreaker damage resistance is the same as blade dancer. However, cauterise is the new hungering blade which works super effectively at range. Here's a suggestion. Nerf the time it takes to activate and start throwing hammers. That way it gives people time to run. But then also nerf cauterise so that it only activates after 2 kills. Plenty of time to drop a sunbreaker if that was the case. Don't nerf the super. Nerf it's perks.
