Golden gun requires two shots to counter it, by then the hammer has struck the gunner.
Blade dance needs to get in close to the Titan, by then the hammer has struck.
Radiance is too slow to activate and requires many grenades to kill sunbreaker, by then the hammer has struck.
Nova bomb can kill the sunbreaker, this class is the best for taking out sunbreaker in my opinion.
Striker requires close range, but instakills sunbreaker. Also good for super shutdowns.
Defender is a defensive class, not suitable for killing sunbreaker at all unless you are with teammates.
Stormcaller requires close range, and can be shutdown with a whack to the face from a hammer.
Night stalker can cancel the super, but unless the arrow hit the sunbreaker himself, it doesn't kill the Titan.
Sunbreaker vs sunbreaker... That's just a test of skill, who can throw more hammers faster and more efficiently?
So, yes. It is op. Don't get me wrong, Titans deserve a op subclass after the -blam!- that took place in year 1. But don't say it isn't op. Because it is.

You can say it is or isn't all you want. Doesn't make it so. It makes it, and you may want to sit down for this, [i]your[/i] opinion. You can post "facts" all day. You could read other posts with "facts" or even "counterfacts". But at the end of the day, you're stuck with it. So either do something about it, or keep bitching. Makes me no difference. Or hell, keep telling me i can't deny it's overpowered. Or keep telling me to prove otherwise. Or keep telling me some other menial bullshit. Watch and see if it happens

It is not an opinion that the sun breaker has a crazy amount of armor. It is a fact. It is not an opinion the sun breaker can throw a shit ton of hammers with aoe damage. Its a fact. I never said they need to be nerfed. Us hunter took year one crucible. Lets give the titans the spotlight, ya know? But blatantly denying that its OP is just wrong. Sure, a skilled player could take out a sunbreaker. But for the majority of crucible, its near impossible. That's not an opinion. That's a fact.
