Duplicate Exotics from Engrams

Is anyone else getting this problem? I've got 'The Impossible Machine' from exotic engrams four times now!! I got the last two from two exotic engrams I got from doing one level 41 strike using the 'Three Coins'. It doesn't seem to be very random!!!!
