How about 1v1 vs a Sunbreaker without Hammer of Sol? Below is a list of sub-classes that are better than the Sunbreaker if you don't take supers into account.

That's just skill you have the amazing Titan Skate and the jump thing that keeps you in the air forever and grenades are even the shortfall comes to does trex arms but shoulder charge is cool and suppression grenades ... Really good I think if skate and Meelee it's ok

I am talking specifically about Sunbreakers who don't have suppression grenades or shoulder charge. They can skate sure, but blink is far more useful all things considered. The grenades are mostly underwhelming which is fine because they have a powerful super.
