Pre-orders did not get you the Veteran's Tour. You had to;
1. Be level 30 or above on one character or;
2. Own Destiny, The Dark Below, & House of Wolves;
before August 31, 2015. Pre-ordering TTK had nothing to do with that, sorry.

Ok, I bought the TTK bundle from gamestop before 8/31 (8/27 to be exact). I am not seeing any of the VIP rewards, much less the quest. Should I be pestering Gamestop or Bungie on this issue?

The suros, and whetever vame with the collectors edit. Gamestop advertised if pre-order before aug31, you would get the founders fortune pack.
