I do 😉 how I suspected that might be the problem. I read through the other things you posted here, did swapping regions help? If not, ho to store and manually search for it. If its "unavailable" fo to your games and apps, look for destiny. Make sure that you have actually physically downloaded HOW to your console. This seems to be a recurring problem for those with collectors/digital editions, as you may have simply accessed the content via sever connection. Hope this helps
