Are you trying to purchase just the TTK dlc and not the bundle from the in-game link?
I was trying to do so earlier and it won't let me. Keeps giving me an error code.
I also own Destiny, TDB & HoW

I hear ya, i spent an hour alone in an online chat with a xbox live rep trying to resolve it. Still nothing so it has to be a Bungie issue, i'm sure if we spent the extra $20 for the collector's edition - it'd work just fine
