No, I got my Exotic quest line at rank 3. I don't know if that's normal

It's a second quests dude... Get with it....

The exotic questline at rank 3 is for your character exclusive exotic. People are saying that at Rank 5, the exotic quest for the First Curse hand cannon starts.
