Yes he did. They day before TTK dropped. I leveled up one full level bc I had radiant light from nightfall. I was earning 312 xp ×5 bounties

It is true, night fall buff was obtainable the first week the gunsmith was out. Gunsmith also did reset twice when TTK dropped, how else would he be at 5?
