I'm 307 light and haven't seen anyone higher..
If you are higher than 307 comment I want to compare! (I know I have 2 hunters before the white knights/saviours of the Internet point it out)

307 and above are just a matter of luck .... I run 6 raid twice on each of my character, I wasn't able to do the raid the first week. And since my character are above 300 I keep having cheat drop and duplicated ... 5 scout rifle 5 shotgun 2 pulse rifle ... I was only lucky to get a 310 ghost and 310 boots with my warlock. Also I could infuse from exotic ... except that from all my exotic engram I only get 2 that gimme a 310 .... SO far so long I'll be 310 when destiny ring will let me be 310
