Lost and found glitch?

Completed literally all quests for petra but nothing happened. They did not give me boolean gemini. Im currently rank 2 with her. Do i have to be rank 3? If so, how do i rank her up? She has no more bounties for me to do. Please help.

I'm rank 5 and after i did her taken war quest and the variks quest i was not given the lost and found quest. Wtf
