Black Spindle Advice?
A few questions:
1) Can you get the black spindle when it is NOT the daily? because we have failed to get it on the daily TWICE now after spending all day each time trying... ugh.
2) Is it true that it is better to focus on the ads and completely destroy them and the blights before attacking the boss at all, then periodically destroying the ads, and occasionally hitting the boss? We tried the opposite where we attack him first, then try to clean everything up afterwards and we never get all the ads....there are just TOO MANY left over. Even with 2 minutes left we never make it. ugh.
3) Is it better to use celestial nighthawk/gunslinger combo, or nightstalker? I have tried both this about the same amount of luck it seems...
Last week I was 285 when I tried, and this week I was 299 (hunter).

Edited by Construct Zero: 10/1/2015 2:13:17 PMI got it yesterday with a throw together team, I used my exotic dark drinker, popped a bubble on the boss and sworded him to death. It than became easy mode! It's really easy when you're not worrying about the darkness spam ball. Note the other two took out the black orbs while I occupied the boss, on my second bubble they helped finish off the boss. Then we all took down ads, pretty much having the sword turns it into easy mode!

We assigned one guy to the boss the entire time. Then titan bubble in the middle and storm caller warlock play the middle of the room clearing adds. Who cares if you die. Soon as your timer is up just reapawn. When the 2 in the center get any openings they also hit boss. Make sure your killing the blight as soon as they pop. The stormcaller warlocks are extremely helpful for clearing the room. Make sure they have chain lighting on. It will wipe the floor. Just have both center players keep using blessing on the bubble. And concentrate on the Knights and centurions first. Once they are gone the room is super easy to clear
