I loved Mad Max, you aren't alone. I found all the scrap, insignias, and lowered all territories to 0 threat. If you are a collection whore I'd advise you that there is a few scrap and historical loot spots that can ONLY be gotten during a mission. Mission "The Big Chief" in Gastown, and "In it for Glory" in the underdunes. If you miss the collectibles there you cannot go back and get them. Im sitting at 1 missing historical artifact and I cannot go get it and it drives me nuts.
