Is it normal that some exotics (black spindle & co.) do not have grimoire cards, yet the "fate of all fools" which cannot be obtained in game has no way to be unlocked and just sits there to tease the living hell out of us?

I feel your pain, that card is a taunt! I'm a bit perplexed by the lack of cards for the Spindle and Malice by given we all seem to be missing these, maybe they're still being worked on?
