Because no cares if they quit
People here love destiny and want see other people love destiny.
It's like going into church and saying God ain't real, it's just a made up story.
What do you think people who love church and God would do?

Try to counsel them and convince them to stay. At least, that's what my church would do. Not exactly the same, but I get what you were going for.
