Yes it can, but tell me anything special it can do without the use of it's super. Can we shoulder charge? Stack passive abilities? Gain over shields on a simple melee? Outside of it's super, it's severely underpowered compared to all other classes. You pop it once every 4:20 and throw 7 hammers with forge master on. You're lucky to pop it 2 times in a crucible match (depending on game type) and yet it can be shut down through coordination, nova bomb, striker, GG, and more. Yes, the super is strong, but the class as a whole is [i]weak[/i] which is why I don't play it. I am crippled severely outside of my super.
