Haven't tried it in pvp yet, n honestly thought it was just decent in pve...
But eh, I'll give it more time, maybe I'm just doing it wrong (used it on bosses mostly, guess it's best for adds)

It's good for vex mobs and vandals who have dreggs hanging around. I've killed 4 goblins multiple times with one shot from telesto. It's a great fusion rifle.

Telesto is amazing against strike bosses.

Good for bosses and adds, I like using it on bosses because if u time it right it will stun the boss long enough to reload and do it again
