Good in PvE. But in pvp, the delayed damage is not helpful, and sometimes does no damage at all.

Lmao I get a lot of postmortem kills using Telesto.

This is just my experience with it. I can hit people with full blasts, and do 10 damage. Then get shotgunned and die. And postmortems are okay, but killing them and not dying is better, which is what any other fusion rifle will do.
