[i]Cabal would technically win as they can just destroy planets and have entire star systems under their control. A ground battle would cripple the cabal. But it wouldn't come to that. The cabal would win by just floating in space. Of course the real question is: Is the Lone wander helping BoS? If so. The cabal are dead. Lets not forget about Mothership zeta. The Wanderer controls that. Were the wanderer to ally himself with bos, they would stand a chance in space. Of course if the world destroying weapons weren't involved, even the Enclave would step in and help, if not to help BoS then to save their own planet. Let's not forget that there are still many nuclear weapons primed and ready as we see in New Vegas. We could also release a reconstructed FEV virus into Cabal ships. Let them kill themselves. Bos would have to set aside their fanatical beliefs for awhile and unite, fight for their right to scavenge.[/i]
