The super is strong, definitely, but not OP. They get 7 Hammers if they spam that trigger as hard as they can and have the perk on. Not to mention, they only do it once or twice per game. Its not like blink shotgun where they can literally do it all game, every game. They have two passive perks in the whole tree, one of which is quite useless compared to the other choices. They trade all around usefulness for 20 seconds worth of damage. Sunbreaker requires you to charge head first into battle with your hammers, you cant snipe people across like Golden Gun or throw grenades from behind cover like with Radiance, thus the higher than normal health benefit. The Sunbreaker is fine the way it is. And before anyone calls me biased, I main a Warlock.

  • I haven't come across a single Titan using Bad Juju since the update, surprising really.

  • True. Playing on xb1, the vast majority of what I've seen killing me has been Hawkmoon. The range is real! haha

  • Okay but should the ranged super with increased armor have a good portion more than the melee super with increased armor? The class being the "tank" in the two slightly more armor okay but where it's at now idk. I don't care about the lethality I can run but if I'm forced to fight I want to feel like I have a chance.

  • I personally feel like it needs the additional armor, since its kinda slow compared to Bladedancers who can blink and slice to move around. For most supers there is no fighting chance, if you are in the range of a Fist of Havoc or Nova Bomb, you basically already dead unless you have incredible blinking abilities. Think about it this way, next time you are killed be a Sunbreaker Titan using his hammers, imagine instead that he was a Hunter using Golden Gun. I assure you, there are very few situations you could have survived. The only reason it feels OP is because you know how difficult it is to kill a Sunbreaker Titan, compared to how little health a Gunslinger has. Not to mention, it is possible to dodge the hammers if you are skilled enough. Its almost impossible to dodge a golden gun shot.

That slow thing would hold if I didn't constantly hear how Titan is the fastest class because of "skating" and when you say additional you mean as is right? Not actually adding even more armor cause I wholeheartedly disagree there. I do know how quick it is to die as a GG and I know even more how easily you can be shutdown as BD. Can be laid out at range trying to close distance or when you get in shotgun range. There are variable like "blinking" but that's not a skill I personally used so I can't say. I just know two point blank shotgun blast drop BD in a heartbeat while Sunbreaker eats that shit for breakfast while handing out pancakes.

  • I mean the armor is fine as is, its only enough to survive a sniper headshot with miniscule amount of health. Perhaps an option would be to slow the Titan down to make up for the weight of the Hammer? Similar to how holding a machine gun slows you down. This way Titans can have their health but not skate around the map as you say. I feel the only reason its easy to shutdown a bladedancer with a shotgun is because of the Felwinter style varients. I dont think shotguns with lesser impact and range would have as much success.
