Exotic Gear don't work with Shaders

Hey, just wondering why shaders don't work with Year 2 Exotics? I mean they made Year 1 Exotics work well with it. Thanks

Some do. Some don't. Obsidium Mind doesn't work. Light Beyond Nemesis does.
