I personally feel like it needs the additional armor,since its kinda slow compared to Bladedancers who can blink and slice to move around. For most supers there is no fighting chance, if you are in the range of a Fist of Havoc or Nova Bomb, you basically already dead unless you have incredible blinking abilities. Think about it this way, next time you are killed be a Sunbreaker Titan using his hammers, imagine instead that he was a Hunter using Golden Gun. I assure you, there are very few situations you could have survived. The only reason it feels OP is because you know how difficult it is to kill a Sunbreaker Titan, compared to how little health a Gunslinger has. Not to mention, it is possible to dodge the hammers if you are skilled enough. Its almost impossible to dodge a golden gun shot.
