A Sunbreaker Titan wearing a year 2 Insurmountable Skullfort and using the perk Stoke the Forge will instantly recharge both melee's. I'm not sure if that was intended or not. Also, I went through the raid and the rune charging room dropped the fusion rifle for me, but I didn't have inventory space for it, and it never appeared in my lost items at the Tower.
