The Netcode is still broken. They haven't fixed it (at least not yet, we'll see when the game comes out).
The engine is still the old Quake engine so that's annoying. Aside from the my personal opinions, I won't be buy the game until they overhaul the Engine and Netcode. They are running outdated protocols with an outdated engine and pushing it on new hardware. God I am just cringing thinking out this. One they will fix it I'm sure but until then I will spend my money on something else.
If it's between Fallout 4 or BO3 I'm choosing Fallout.

Ah yeah I know it's running on a highly modified Quake engine. It can be a bit of a mixed bag online, is really fun when it works. I'm a huge zombie fan though, it's the main reason I buy Treyarch games.

See, I'm not going to buy something because one part is fun only on the occasions that the game works correctly. There are other games coming out that are just so much better then any CoD game has been in a long time. I'm not going to convince myself to buy something. Treyarch should try and convince me and right now I don't have any good reason to buy it.
