Until he takes your head clean off *opens a 3 foot tall barrel of oil and inspects the steel*

Tempering the blade when it's nearly finished but I need to shape it first and apply clay, bake it and then dunk it in oil to give it the curve of a katana blade

Yup *rinses the steel in water to cool it then goes to a belt grinder and sands out the basic shape of a straight katana blade*
