I think that this can be a solid option. If you look at the legendary quest items you turn in at banshee, they are all pocket infinity's

Dismantling doesn't work, its been tested...idk man.

When you have the last item that yoy can turn in. There is a progressbar, is it charge-able with kills or dismantles from pocket infinity?

Idk. I turned in my stuff and I don't remember a progress bar. If there was one, it had nothing to do with PI. I've never had it.
